About Julie

My story

I first learned about EFT 10 years ago when I went to our Naturopathic Doctor, Patrick, in tears.  My 2 year old son was so filled with rage that it shocked me.  We were conscious, intentional "older" parents.  I had worked professionally with children before our two kids (5 and 2 years old) were born, and my husband and I loved each other deeply.  

Desperate to understand how to help my two children (and myself) through some extremely challenging days, I found EFT tapping to be a saving grace.  It became part of my emotional first aide kit.

In the words of my son, who is now 12 years old, "I hate to admit it, but yes, this tapping does work!"

Still tapping after all these years, I am delighted to offer this simple yet incredibly effective tool that no parent should be without.

Honors

Performed Rise Up, an original song, for Governor Tony Knowles and his wife Susan, to honor the Hospice & Homecare of Juneau program that I worked for.  Governor Knowles joined his voice with mine in a beautiful celebration of lthe circle of life.
